How long does it take to build a website

A business card site takes us 14 working days from the moment the brief is approved, a larger company website 4 to 6 weeks, an online store 6 to 10 weeks.

How much does a website cost for a company

Agency pricing in Poland falls into three brackets: a business card site at the bottom, a full company website in the middle, an online store at the top. The exact figure comes out of the scope, so we quote once the scope is set.

Why does a company need a website if it has social media

A social profile is rented, a website is owned. It is the only space where nobody changes the rules on you overnight.

Do you build multilingual websites

Yes. Every project is built so that adding a language means adding a translation file, not rebuilding the site.

How many pages should a company website have

A service business usually needs five to nine pages: a home page, a separate page for each main service, a portfolio, an about page, contact, and the pages required by law.

Why is my website not bringing in enquiries

The reason is almost always one of three: nobody reaches the site, the wrong person reaches it, or the right person reaches it and has no idea what to do next.

Is it worth building a website yourself on a site builder

A builder makes sense when the site is meant to be a simple business card for a few months and you are making it with your own hands. When the company is supposed to earn real money online, the limits of a builder usually show up around the third month.

Logo design and identity

How much do a logo and visual identity cost

An identity made alongside a website starts at 2 900 PLN, a full identity at 5 900 PLN. On the Polish market a logo with a basic identity usually costs 3 to 8 thousand.

What a brand book contains

Logo versions, clear space and minimum sizes, a colour palette with print and screen codes, typography, rules of use, plus examples of correct and incorrect application.

When is it worth changing a company logo

When the mark stops working technically, when the company has changed what it does, or when the look no longer matches the prices you want to charge. Simply wanting a refresh is not enough.

Does a small company need a visual identity

It needs consistency, not a thick document. A correct logo, two colours, one typeface and the discipline to use them everywhere is enough.

Do I get full copyright to the logo

Yes. Once the invoice is paid we transfer the economic copyright to the mark to you, in writing, with no limit of time or territory, including the right to alter it.

How do I know my logo is not a copy

Every mark is designed from scratch, and before handover we check it with reverse image search and in the UPRP and EUIPO trademark registers to rule out striking similarity.

How many logo proposals do I get to choose from

Three different directions rather than three variants of one idea, each shown in real use. Once you pick a direction you have two rounds of revisions to refine it.

What is the difference between logo design and visual identity

Logo design means designing the mark itself and the files that go with it. A visual identity, also called company branding, is the system around the mark: colours, typography, icons, templates and usage rules.

Which file formats do I get the logo in

Vector SVG, EPS and PDF for print and large formats, plus raster PNG with a transparent background and JPG for screen, in light and dark background versions.

Product photography

How much do product photos cost

A pack of 25 shots starts at 990 PLN, 100 shots at 2 900 PLN. A classic studio product shoot in Poland usually costs from 2 thousand PLN a day upwards.

How product photos are made without a shoot

From the product photos you already have. We build the scene, the light and the background around the real product, without changing its shape, its colour or its label.

How many photos does a product in an online shop need

Three per product at minimum: the main one on a plain background, a shot showing scale or use, and a close up of a detail. For clothing and furniture a fourth one in a real setting is worth adding.

Do product photos affect sales

The photo is the first piece of information about a product and the only one a customer processes instantly. The decision to click happens before anyone reads the description or the price.

What materials do I have to provide for product photos

Any one of three is enough: product photos from a few angles taken on a phone, a label or packaging artwork file in PDF, or a technical drawing or 3D model.

What formats and resolution do product photos come in

JPG at up to 4K, PNG with a transparent background for product cards, and lightweight web versions. Every shot in four aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 and 16:9.

Do colour variants count as separate product photos

Variants of the same product are priced lower than separate items, because the scene, the light and the framing are built once and only the colour, flavour or label changes.

Working together

Who writes the copy for the site

We do. Copy is included in every package, and you approve it and correct it.

What happens after the site goes live

A website needs updates, backups and monitoring. This is not a project that ends on launch day.

Do I own the website once I have paid for it

Yes. You get the code, the domain and every access credential, with no dependency on us.

What paperwork you should get when you order a website

Five documents: the build contract, a written transfer of economic copyright, an acceptance protocol, a handover protocol for all credentials, and a data processing agreement. Without the written transfer of copyright the site stays the property of the contractor, even with the invoice paid.

How many rounds of revisions are included

Two rounds at the design stage and two after launch. The scope is written into the contract.

What materials do I need to provide

A logo in vector format, photos of your team and your work, company details for the footer, and access to the domain. The rest is on us.

How does payment for the project work

A deposit at the start and the balance on delivery. On larger projects we split the payment into stages.

Do I need a logo and branding before we start the website

You need a logo in a vector file and a decision about colours. A full brand book is not a condition for starting and often comes later, based on what proved itself on the site.

Who will I be talking to during the project

One person leads the project from the first conversation to launch, knows every arrangement and is answerable for the deadlines.

Technology

WordPress or a site written in code

WordPress makes sense when your team publishes content every day and needs an admin panel. A site written in code wins wherever speed, security and search rankings matter.

Does a website have to work on a phone

More than half of all visits to company websites in Poland come from phones, and Google judges a site by its mobile version.

What Core Web Vitals are and why they matter

They are three measurements Google uses to describe how a page feels to a user: how fast the content appears, how fast the page reacts, and whether the layout jumps around.

Can an existing website be migrated

Yes, together with its content, its page addresses and its search rankings. Redirects are the key.

What is the difference between a domain and hosting

The domain is the address people find you at. Hosting is the place where the site actually sits.

Does my website need a cookie banner and a privacy policy

A privacy policy is required whenever you collect any data at all, even through a contact form. A consent banner becomes necessary only once you use tracking tools, for example analytics or advertising pixels.

Does my website have to be accessible to people with disabilities

Since June 2025 the European accessibility rules have covered online stores, banking, transport and digital services for consumers, among others. Micro companies providing services are excluded, but the requirements are worth meeting anyway.

Why emails from the contact form do not arrive

Most often because the site sends the message from an address in your domain but from somebody else's server, so the recipient treats it as impersonation.

How to protect a company website from being hacked

The biggest risk to an ordinary company website is out of date plugins, weak passwords and the lack of a tested backup, not a sophisticated attack aimed at your firm.
