Do you build multilingual websites

Yes. Every project is built so that adding a language means adding a translation file, not rebuilding the site.

Language versions get their own addresses, their own descriptions for search engines and correct markup showing how they relate to each other. Without that, Google treats them as duplicates.

Machine translation gives you a starting point, but before publication it should be reviewed by a person who knows the industry. Otherwise you end up with howlers that cost you credibility.
