Get the auditVisible in Google. Named by ChatGPT.
People increasingly ask for a recommendation not from Google, but from ChatGPT or Perplexity. We work so that both of them point to your company when someone is looking for a service like yours.
Visibility is ongoing work to make your company appear where people look for services like yours: in Google results, in Google Maps, in the answers of ChatGPT and Perplexity, and in the ready summaries Google itself puts together above the list of results. It comes down to four things: choosing the phrases, technical and editorial fixes on the site, a tidied business profile, and texts added regularly so that the search engine and the assistant have something to quote. We run it as a subscription, because positions are won over months, and once the work stops they slide away faster than they were won.
How it works, step by step
- 01
Audit and phrase selection
We check where you show up today and pick the queries that bring customers rather than traffic alone. The starting point is a conversation about which customers are the best ones for you.
- 02
Tidying the site and the business profile
We fix the technical side, the content and the structured data, meaning the description of your company written into the code of the site so that search engines and assistants can read it. We set up the Google Business Profile and connect a steady flow of reviews. Without that foundation the rest of the work has nothing to stand on.
- 03
Content and a monthly report
Every month we add 2 pieces of writing built to be quoted, and send a report: phrase positions, visits, presence in AI assistants and how many enquiries came out of it.
Your customers today don't ask only Google
More and more people no longer type their questions into Google. They ask ChatGPT or Perplexity who to turn to, and go to the first company recommended. If your name is not there, no report will ever show it to you, because these are enquiries that never reached you. The customer goes to the company that is in that answer.
You're there where the decision is made
Someone types your service into Google and sees your company, not three companies from the next town. They ask an assistant for a recommendation and your name comes up together with a link. Customers reach you when they are looking for someone like you, not by accident.
Four stages and one race that does not end
Search visibility is not one procedure after which a site stays high forever. It is four different jobs and one constant watch.
Your company
Same day call-out, price agreed before work starts
A competitor from the next street
Plumbing services, phone contact
A nationwide business directory
Plumbing services, phone contact
A demonstration. The phrase and the result are examples, not a screenshot of a real search.
- 01Weeks 1 and 2
Technical foundation
We fix what blocks the site at the very bottom: speed, broken addresses, missing descriptions for the search engine, pages Google cannot see at all. Without this the rest has nothing to stand on.
- 02Months 1 to 3
Content for real questions
We find out what people in your trade actually ask and write pages that answer it. Those pages bring in visitors ready to buy, not random traffic.
- 03Months 2 to 6
Signals from outside
A Google business listing, presence in trade directories, links from places that make sense. The search engine treats these as references: it checks whether anyone besides you considers your company worth recommending.
- 04Every month
Measurement and corrections
We look at which phrases moved up, which dropped and which of them produced enquiries. Once a month you get a report in plain language: what we did, what came of it and what we do next.
Once I am first, why keep paying
This is the most common question about this service and the answer is simple: first place is not a state, it is a result somebody else wants as well.
Competitors do not stand still
The firms above and below you also pay somebody for the same work. Whoever stops slides down within months, overtaken by those who did not.
Google changes the rules
The search engine changes what it judges, and how, several times a year. After such a change sites move both ways and somebody has to know what to react to and what to sit out.
Content ages
Prices, scope of services and customer questions change every year. A site nobody touches ends up, after two years, answering questions nobody asks any more.
That is why this is a subscription and not a one-off job. You pay for somebody to guard your position while you run your business. If at some point we decide further work makes no sense, we will say so plainly.
What a full rollout looks like in numbers.
Visibility does not grow in a week. Below is the course of a typical local project run through our process over 6 miesięcy, from the first audit to settled positions.
The numbers above are a model course, meaning this is how a local project run through our process looks over 6 miesięcy. They are not the results of a specific client and we do not present them as anyone else's outcome. Every metric comes from Google Search Console and Plausible, the same tools you get access to from day one, where you can verify each number yourself.
What we measure
Impressions, visits, keyword positions, visits from AI assistants and how many of them end in an enquiry. A position with no enquiries is not a result.
Where the data comes from
Google Search Console and Plausible on your own domain. You get access from day one, so you do not have to take our reports on trust.
When you see it
First movement after four to six weeks, a meaningful comparison after a quarter, the full picture after six months. We do not promise shorter timelines, because they are not ours to promise.
Exactly what you get
How it works in practice
The law firm the chatbot names outright
Someone asks ChatGPT for an inheritance lawyer in their city and gets three names. We work so that your firm is among them, with a link to the site and current reviews.
The garage only the neighbourhood knows
The business lives on referrals, but in search results it loses to a chain with worse reviews. A tidy business profile, a steady flow of reviews and separate pages for specific repairs push the garage to the top of the map.
A store that stops living off ads
The maker sells mostly through paid campaigns and knows traffic disappears the day they are switched off. Product pages and guides start ranking on their own, so orders do not end with the campaign.
When this is the right choice
- Clients reach you mostly by referral and there is no trace of you in search.
- All your traffic comes from ads and you know the phone goes quiet once campaigns stop.
- Competitors nearby rank higher in Google although they do the same or less.
- You want ChatGPT and Perplexity to name your company when someone asks them for a recommendation in your field.
Before you order
Three things that are rarely in anyone's offer, yet decide whether the work goes well: what you need to have, when we talk you out of it, and what the contract rests on.
What we need from you
- Access to Google Search Console, the free Google panel with data on which questions your site shows up for, and to the site itself, wide enough for changes to be made.
- Access to the Google Business Profile, or consent to take over its ownership.
- A list of the towns or the area where you actually serve customers.
- Half an hour to talk about which customers are the best ones for you. Phrases come out of that, not out of a tool alone.
When we do not recommend this
- You expect results within a month. In that time a business profile can be fixed, rankings cannot.
- The site cannot be edited or takes a dozen seconds to open. Repairs first, visibility second, otherwise it is money thrown away.
- Your customers come exclusively from tenders or from one long contract. Then the money works better somewhere else.
The terms we work on
- The scope of work for the month is agreed up front, so you know what you are paying for before the month is over.
- Paid monthly in advance, with a VAT invoice at the start of the period.
- Access to Search Console and to Plausible, the counter of visits to the site, is yours from the first day and stays with you after we stop working together.
- The content and fixes created along the way stay on your site and keep working.
- We do not buy links or reviews. The penalty for that lands on your site, not on ours.
What to demand from the company that is going to do your SEO
How to tell real work on visibility from a report that merely looks good.
How not to lose rankings during a rebuild
This is the most common way companies lose visibility, and it is almost always avoidable. Before the rebuild you have to list every page address that anyone actually visits and set permanent redirects, so that the old address leads to the new one by itself instead of ending in an error message. Content that was working has to stay, even in a different layout: removing the text removes the reason the page was in the results. After launch you check the error list in Search Console and compare visits month on month. Without those three moves, a new and prettier site can take away the visits the old one had been collecting for years.
How phrases are chosen so they bring customers, not just visits to the site
The phrase with the highest volume is usually the worst choice: it is typed by people who are still browsing, and competitors have been fighting over it for years. We work on three other kinds. Phrases with buying intent, meaning those with “price”, “cost”, “company”, “service” and a town name. Phrases describing the problem, because that is how people ask before they know what the service is called. And comparison phrases, of the “X or Y” kind, because whoever lands on those is already choosing.
Local and national visibility are two different jobs
Locally the result is decided by the Google Business Profile, reviews, the same name, address and phone number everywhere the company is listed on the web, and separate pages built for specific towns. Results come sooner and cost less, because the competition is limited to your area. Nationally and in online stores it is decided by the depth of your content, the structure of the categories and whether anyone cites you at all, and the stakes are many times higher. The two are run differently and cost differently, which is why the first question is always this: can your customer be at the other end of Poland.
What actually decides your presence in AI answers
An assistant builds its answer from text that can be quoted whole, not from a slogan in a heading. What counts is full sentences with the substance in the first line, clear descriptions of your services, prices given as “from”, structured data, meaning a description of the company and its services written into the code of the site in a format a machine reads, and the same name, address and phone number in every place on the web. It also matters whether anyone outside your own site writes about you, because a model is readier to name a company confirmed in several sources.
How to spot search work with nothing behind it
By four signals. A guarantee of first place, which nobody can give, because the order is decided by Google. A report showing positions on queries nobody types: your own company name, or a sentence so long that no human being would ever type it. No access of your own to the tools that hold the data, meaning the Google panel and the visit counter. Then all you are left with is faith in someone else's numbers. And fast growth from bought links, meaning links to you paid for and placed on other people's sites. The penalty for those lands on your site, not on the contractor, who has already been paid.
Why we watch both at the same time
Some customers still type their question into Google and click the links, others ask an assistant and read one finished answer. There is no way of saying in advance which route a particular customer will take, so we work on both at once instead of picking one.
