How long does it take to build a website
A business card site takes us 14 working days from the moment the brief is approved, a larger company website 4 to 6 weeks, an online store 6 to 10 weeks.
The clock starts when we have the full set of materials and a signed off brief, not at the first phone call. This is the most common misunderstanding in the industry: a company hears “two weeks” and then waits a month, because the text and the photos trickled in piece by piece.
We put the start date in the contract. If you deliver the materials on time and we are the ones running late, that is our problem, not yours. If the materials are late, the deadline moves by the same number of days and we say so straight away, not at the very end.
One thing shortens a project more than anything else: someone on your side who can decide. A single person who signs off each stage can cut a week off delivery.
