How to connect a store with your warehouse and invoicing
The standard in Poland is an integrator such as BaseLinker, which ties the store, couriers, marketplaces and your invoicing software into one panel.
Copying orders into a warehouse system by hand works up to a dozen or so parcels a day. Above that line the mistakes begin: goods sold that are not on the shelf, an invoice with the wrong item, a parcel shipped twice. An integration removes that step entirely.
If you use Subiekt, wFirma, Fakturownia or another system, first check whether a ready connector already exists. A ready integration costs less to maintain than one written from scratch, and it does not stop working after every update on the other side.
