What is the difference between a domain and hosting
The domain is the address people find you at. Hosting is the place where the site actually sits.
A domain is paid for once a year and it should be registered to your company, not to the contractor. That is the most common trap when changing agencies.
We build our sites on infrastructure that needs no classic hosting and scales on its own. In practice that means lower running costs and no outages when traffic spikes.
