WordPress makes sense when your team publishes content every day and needs an admin panel. A site written in code wins wherever speed, security and search rankings matter.
WordPress runs a huge share of the internet and it is very flexible, but that flexibility has a price: plugins have to be updated, every one of them is a potential hole, and a site overgrown with add ons can take several seconds to load.
A site built in Next.js serves ready made HTML, loads in a fraction of a second and has no login panel for anyone to break into. Content is edited through a system we connect separately, so the panel exists only where it is actually needed.
