Why is my website not bringing in enquiries

The reason is almost always one of three: nobody reaches the site, the wrong person reaches it, or the right person reaches it and has no idea what to do next.

Start with the numbers, not the looks. If a few dozen people visit the site each month, the problem is not the colour of a button, it is that nobody can find you. If visits are decent but enquiries are not, check which phrases people arrive on. Traffic from purely informational searches rarely ends in an order, and that is normal.

The third case is the most common and the easiest to fix. The site talks about the company instead of the client's problem, contact details are buried in the footer, the form has ten fields, and there is no visible proof that the company has done anything like this before. The visitor leaves and asks a competitor, because there they found the answer in fifteen seconds.

We start an audit with data from the search console and from analytics, and only then talk about changes on the site. Without that, every rebuild is guesswork, and guessing ends with a second project instead of a result.
