How much does automation cost to set up
Setup starts at 2 900 PLN and upkeep at 290 PLN a month. The price depends on the number of connected systems, not on the number of messages.
The simplest setup is a form, a confirmation and passing the request on. An extensive one covers the calendar, payments, invoicing and the warehouse, and then there is several times more work, because each of those systems has to be connected and tested.
Upkeep is necessary because external systems change their interfaces. Without care, automation works beautifully for a year and then quietly stops, usually at the worst possible moment.
The sensible order is to start with the one thing that takes the most time, watch it for a month, and only then add the next.
