What website care covers

Updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security patches and small content changes within 24 to 48 hours, plus a report every month.

A website is not a piece of furniture you buy once and leave standing. Certificates expire, libraries get security patches, hosting changes its configuration and browsers ship new versions. Without someone watching, the first sign of trouble usually arrives from a customer who could not send the form.

In the care plan, monitoring checks the site every few minutes and alerts us before you notice anything. A backup is made daily and kept off the server, so a hosting failure does not take the archive with it.

The second part is day to day changes. A new price, an added employee, changed opening hours, a swapped graphic. That takes us fifteen minutes, and a company without care can spend a week looking for someone to do it.
