What format do I get the presentation in
In PowerPoint or Google Slides with editable text, plus a PDF version for sending. The fonts come with the file.
The editable file matters more than it seems. A deck that has to go back to the contractor at every price change stops being used after the second time it happens.
The PDF is for sending, because it looks the same on every computer. An editable file can fall apart at the other end if the recipient does not have the same typefaces, and that is worth remembering when sending an offer.
Along with the file we hand over a short note: where to change the text, how to add a slide from the template, and what not to touch so the layout does not fall apart.
