The most common question we hear is: "how much does a website cost?" The honest answer is "it depends" - but you can spell out exactly what it depends on. Below you'll find realistic ranges and the factors that shift the price one way or the other.

Rough price ranges

A simple business-card site (one-page) is usually an expense of a few hundred to a few thousand zloty. An extensive site with many subpages runs from several to a dozen or so thousand. An online store or a custom system can cost a dozen-plus thousand and more.

What raises the price

The number of subpages and unique templates, integrations (payments, bookings, CRM, newsletter), custom animations and 3D effects, a store with a large number of products, multilingual support, plus advanced SEO and performance optimization.

The more things need to be "turnkey" and automated, the more design and development work is involved - and that's the main component of the price.

What lowers the price

Ready-made content (copy and photos from you), a clear goal for the site, a simpler layout based on proven patterns, and starting from a smaller scope that you expand later.

The fastest way to lower the cost is good preparation: the less we have to guess and revise along the way, the cheaper and faster the site comes together.

The price is not just the build

On top of the site's cost come small but recurring items: a domain (a few dozen zloty a year) and hosting. Some modern sites (like the ones we build) can be hosted very cheaply or even for free on platforms like Vercel.

It's also worth thinking about maintenance: updates, minor changes, and monitoring. That's optional, but it genuinely extends the life and effectiveness of the site.
